For founders of consumer brands · food and beverage, beauty, apparel, wellness, hospitality, home

The first week of your marketing, done before you decide.

Allying is Ally: a marketer you can hire for a fraction of the salary you posted, who does the work first. Before any call, contract or charge, you get the first week of the role, made for your brand.

Ally is an AI, built and supervised by Allying. Panashe Mahachi, Allying’s founder, reviews the work and is on every call.

The sample is a first week built for a social media role Mane posted in August 2026. Mane did not commission it. Nothing on it was published.

How it works

You see the work first. Then you decide, one small step at a time.

Each step is optional. Nothing starts until you say so, and nothing you receive is taken back.

  1. You post a role.

Marketing, social media, design, email or content. Or send us one you have already posted.

  2. Ally reads the posting and studies your brand.

Your site, your products, your reviews, your last few months of posts. Nothing is asked of you yet.

  3. Within days, you get a page with the first week’s work.

Posts, emails, creative or copy, written the way your brand already talks. Nothing is published. Nothing is charged.

  4. You approve a post, or you talk.

Approve one and the file and caption land in your inbox. Ask Ally about the work on the page, or ask for Panashe and he writes back himself.

  5. A 14-day probation, free, approval-first.

Ally works the job as posted. Every post, email and file waits for your yes. It starts only when you say so.

  6. Hire Ally, priced against the salary you posted.

Month to month. Stop in one click and keep everything Ally made, and every account it touched.

What Ally does

The roles founders post, and what Ally will not do in each.

Ally is hired for one posted role, not for everything. It says which parts of a posting it can own well, and which parts need a person.

Social media

A month’s calendar, the posts, short video scripts and shot lists, and replies for comments and DMs. A monthly report you can read in five minutes.

Won’t do: attend a shoot, cut footage you have not handed over, or publish to TikTok without a person on your side approving each post.

Graphic and production design

Social and ad creatives, decks, one-pagers, packaging mockups and templates, inside the brand system you already have. Product images come from your photography, not from imagination.

Won’t do: a brand identity from scratch. If the system needs a designer first, Ally says so.

Email and lifecycle

Flows, campaigns, segments and reports, inside your Klaviyo through Klaviyo’s own app access. Copy is delivered as copy until you grant sending.

Won’t do: import a list you did not build, or send to anyone who did not opt in.

Content and SEO

Product and collection copy, articles, landing page copy, search titles and descriptions, and a monthly note on what moved.

Won’t do: write a review or a testimonial. Ally lays out what customers said, word for word, and never drafts a quote.

Launches

A landing page, the emails, the social posts and the creative, built from your product photos and tied to one story.

Won’t do: guess at a product that is not yet public. Unpublished details stay as blanks for you to fill.

Paid media reporting

A weekly read of your Meta and Google accounts: what moved, why, and what to try next.

Won’t do: control spend, at first. No budget changes and no new campaigns until you grant that, if you ever do.

Ally works inside the tools you already have, Shopify and Klaviyo included. It uses whichever tools are strongest for each job on the day, and we test new ones on your own work before Ally adopts them.

Work

Proof, not promises.

Every prospect sees the work before any conversation. Not a deck and not a case study: the first week of the job they posted, made for their brand, on a page they can forward.

Here is what one of those pages holds. The role was Mane’s Associate Manager, Social Media, posted August 23, 2026. Ally read Mane’s site, catalog, reviews and social accounts, then drafted ten days of Instagram and TikTok.

From the Mane sample Associate Manager, Social Media Posted August 23, 2026
  • A “which Hot Round Brush is your size” carousel

An Instagram carousel, designed and captioned. Four sizes, Mini to Jumbo; the hair lengths marked for Mane to confirm.

  • A review carousel

Five cards quoted word for word from Mane’s 6,521 reviews, 4.83 average. One reads I’m usually terrible at doing my hair and now I feel way more confident.

  • “Terrible at hair? Same.”

A TikTok series, three episodes scripted from those reviews, with shot lists written for Mane’s next shoot.

  • A reply kit

Fifteen answers for comments and DMs, with a blank wherever only Mane knows the answer.

Made for a role Mane posted. Not commissioned by Mane. Built only from what Mane has made public; nothing was published.

Pricing

Priced against the salary you posted.

Not a tool tier and not credits. A monthly fee set as a share of the salary in your posting, billed monthly, month to month.

Role posted Share of posted salary, per year
Social media 30 to 40 percent
Email and lifecycle, or one marketer across several roles 25 to 35 percent
Design-only production 20 percent or less

Example · a $65,000 social media posting

About $1,900 a month

35% × $65,000 = $22,750 a year
$22,750 ÷ 12 = $1,896

Example · a $90,000 email marketing posting

$2,250 a month

30% × $90,000 = $27,000 a year
$27,000 ÷ 12 = $2,250

Examples, not quotes. Your number comes from your posting and is written into the offer before anything starts. If the posting shows no salary, Ally names the range it inferred and says so.

The hire you were about to make

The salary you posted, plus payroll taxes and benefits, plus the weeks to find them and the months to ramp. A person who can be on set, in the room and at the event.

Ally

A share of that salary. Starts this week, with the first week already done. Panashe on every call. Not on set, not in the room.

A person is still the right hire for some roles. When it is, Ally says so, and the first week’s work is yours either way.

Who’s accountable

One person answers for every claim Ally makes.

Panashe Mahachi

Founder, Allying

Panashe has built and scaled several technology companies and has worked with top entrepreneurs and investors. He reviews Ally’s work and is on every call.

He replies within four business hours. If you would rather deal with a person at any point, you ask once and he writes back himself.

Straight answers

The questions a skeptic asks first.

Short answers, no hedging. If yours is not here, write to ally@allying.com.

Is this AI?

Yes. Ally is an AI marketer built and supervised by Allying. Ally writes as itself and signs as itself; it never poses as a person. A person, Panashe Mahachi, reviews the work and is on every call.

Who wrote this page?

Ally drafted it, the same way it drafts your first week. Panashe reviews it, the same way he reviews the work you receive. If something on it is wrong, tell us and it changes the same day.

What if the work is bad?

Then you do not use it, and you owe nothing. The first week costs nothing and asks nothing of you. Once you have hired Ally and something goes out wrong, the rule is written down: a same-day fix or takedown, a call from Panashe, and a month’s credit.

Can it post to my accounts?

Not until you say so, and never with your password. Each platform has its own way to grant limited access: Meta’s business login, Klaviyo’s app access, a Shopify collaborator account. You grant it, you see it listed, and you revoke it with one switch. TikTok requires a person on your side to approve each post, so there Ally drafts and queues, and you tap publish.

What can it not do?

Be on set. Cut footage you have not given it. Run your events. Control ad spend, at first. Write a review or a testimonial. Guarantee growth. When a posting asks for one of those, Ally says which parts it can own and which need a person.

Do you use my brand assets?

Only what you have made public or hand over: your site, your catalog, your product photos, your posts. Never customer photos, staff likenesses or a partner’s designs without permission. Everything Ally makes from them belongs to you.

What about my new hire?

Hire them. Everything Ally made is theirs on day one, and the page stays up for them. You can keep Ally alongside them in an assist role, or stop. Either way, nothing is taken back.

How do you handle my passwords?

We never ask for one and we will not accept one. Access is delegated through each platform’s own permission system, held by Allying’s legal entity, listed in your workroom and revocable at once. Emails and texts are delivered as copy until you grant sending.

What do you record?

On this site, what you type into the form and nothing else. On a work page, whether it was opened and roughly how long, so Panashe knows when to reach out. Once you hire Ally, a log of every run, every draft and every approval, which you can open any time. Nothing is taken from your accounts beyond what the job needs.

How do I stop?

One click in your workroom, or one email to ally@allying.com. Sends stop the same day, access is revoked, and you keep every asset and account. During the first week there is nothing to stop, because nothing has started.
